1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to chrissbizz.com and to every order placed through the site or through our WhatsApp number. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who We Are

CHRISSBIZZ is a small merch label based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. We sell printed t-shirts, tote bags and mugs carrying our hand-lettered Hindi design, ज़िंदगी तेरे नाम येशुआ. You can reach us any time on WhatsApp (+91 86007 00244).

3. Products and Availability

Products are photographed in their real colours, but screens differ. The printed colour may look slightly different from what you see on your device.
Please check the size and colour carefully before ordering. Exchanges are limited to the 7-day window set out below.
Products, colours and sizes are subject to availability. We may change or withdraw a product without notice.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees.
Orders are placed on WhatsApp. When you send us your order we confirm the items, the price and the payment details on WhatsApp before anything is dispatched.
The website itself does not collect payment. Please do not pay anyone claiming to be CHRISSBIZZ outside our WhatsApp number above.
Prices can change at any time, but the price confirmed on WhatsApp for your order will not.

5. Orders and Delivery

We confirm your order on WhatsApp and message you again when it ships.
Every order is packed by hand and delivered within 7 to 15 days of confirmation, anywhere in India.
Please give a complete address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete address or by the courier.
If your order crosses 15 days, message us with your order number and we will chase it down.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We exchange, we do not refund. There are no cash or card refunds on any order.
Raise an exchange request on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with your order number. The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by you. We inspect every returned item before sending the replacement.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? WhatsApp us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it at no cost to you.

7. Bulk and Group Orders

We take bulk orders for church bookstores, events and groups. Message us on WhatsApp with the products, quantities and sizes you need. Bulk pricing and timelines are agreed on WhatsApp before the order is confirmed, and where they differ from these terms, the agreed terms apply.

8. Artwork and Intellectual Property

The ज़िंदगी तेरे नाम येशुआ lettering, the CHRISSBIZZ name and logo, and the photos and text on this site belong to CHRISSBIZZ. You are welcome to share our pages and product photos. You may not print the design on your own products, sell reproductions, or use the name and logo without our written permission.

9. Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, WhatsApp number and delivery address. We do not sell it, and we share it only with the courier delivering your parcel. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
