Yes. Once your order ships we send you the courier tracking number on WhatsApp.
We pack quickly, so message us on WhatsApp (+91 86007 00244) the same day if you need to change size, colour or address. Once the parcel has left with the courier we cannot modify or cancel it, but the 7-day exchange still applies.
Within 48 hours of delivery, message us on WhatsApp (+91 86007 00244) with your order details and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. Please keep the original packing until it is resolved.
