Shopping Information
Every product page has a size chart. Our tees are unisex; if you are between sizes, go one up for the oversized fit.
Yes. Click the heart icon on any product to save it to your wishlist and come back to it later from the icon in the header.
Everything listed is in stock and ready to ship. If a size or colour is sold out, its option is greyed out on the product page, and you can email info@chrissbizz.com to be notified the moment it is back.
Yes, guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you save your address, track orders from your dashboard and reorder a favourite in two clicks. We never share your details.
Payment Information
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking through a secure Indian payment gateway.
Yes. Payments are processed by the gateway over encrypted connections; your card details never touch our servers.
Yes. Enter the code in the coupon field on the checkout page and the discount is applied before you pay.
If a payment fails, nothing is charged. You can retry or pick another method. If money was debited but no order shows, email us with the transaction ID and we will trace it with the gateway within two working days.
Order & Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging, settled by exchange, not refund.
Email info@chrissbizz.com with your order number within 15 days. We confirm, you courier the item back in its original packing, and we ship the exchange once it passes inspection.
You pay return shipping, unless we sent a wrong or damaged item.
Yes. Exchanges for another size or colour are how all returns are settled. Contact us within 15 days to start one.
Placing Your Order
Pick a product, choose size and colour, and click Add to Cart. At checkout enter your address, choose a payment method and confirm. You get an order confirmation by email right away, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Delivery takes 7 to 15 days anywhere in India.
Yes. Once your order ships we email a tracking number. Paste it into the Track Order page on this site, or the courier’s site, to see where your parcel is at any time.
We pack quickly, so contact us the same day if you need to change size, colour or address. Once the parcel has left with the courier we cannot modify or cancel it, but the 15-day exchange still applies.
Email info@chrissbizz.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. Please keep the original packing until it is resolved.
