The short version
We accept returns. We do not offer refunds. If something is wrong with what you received, we will exchange it — no fuss, no long forms.
Returns & exchanges
- Raise a return request within 15 days of delivery by writing to info@chrissbizz.com with your order number.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. We inspect every returned item before approving an exchange.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by you. Please pack the product properly — items damaged in return transit cannot be accepted.
- Once your return passes inspection, we ship the replacement. Standard delivery timelines of 7 to 15 days apply.
Refunds
We do not offer cash or card refunds on any order. Returns are settled through exchange only. Please check the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
